Resolved Question: Need Help with weight loss. Can anyone help?

I am a 17 year old boy, & am 6ft 4in & used to weigh 22 st 4 lbs or 312 lbs. I now, after one year of dieting, weigh 16 st 9lbs or 233 lbs, so I lost about 80 lbs. I need to get to at least 210 lbs before I start little perfections, 204 lbs is at the top of my healthy weight or bmi. Recently I hit a standstill at 17st 4lbs and since then I have been very slow losing weight. I want to be able to eat as when I eat too little, the next day I have a huge unhealthy meal! :( Can anyone give me some hints or tips for weight loss for losing the last 20 - 30 lbs in a diet, as I may be going to Spain this summer & I want to be confident in my beachwear THIS year! Please no comments saying you have to be ok with yourself the way you are because I still have to reduce my bmi to be healthy anyway, and I just want to lose the weight quicker than I already am losing it. I am currently losing less than a pound per week & sometimes I cannot lose any at all. I am prone to eating too much in one meal & can't seem to break the habbit. I would love some self control tips as well! Thanks to anyone who helps!
